Avocado is the new magenta

EcoMedia's avocado-coloured bins are bee-you-ti-ful.

We’ve always loved Toronto’s pink recycling bin wraps by Magenta Foundation, which feature the emerging photographers of the Flash Forward competition. So were chuffed when EcoMedia launched its avocado series, with art from the Petroff Gallery that’s so beautiful, it’s almost edible. Check them out in person around Nathan Philips Square and downtown subway stations. Stimulant asks: with so much good art and so many garbage bins out there, why isn’t there more of this kind of thing? If you see randomly cool street art in your city/town/travels, send it to ctoane@brunico.com.
