Save the bees

When was the last time you saw a beehive in the city?

Copywriter: insert clever “buzz” pun here. Or spare us all
and check out Resonating Bodies, a series of mixed-media installations
and community outreach projects dedicated to these cute, fuzzy little
indigenous pollinators. Art-wise this translates into a sound installation at *new*
gallery
called Bumble Domicile by Sarah Peebles, Rob King, Anne
Barros and Robert Cruickshank which consists of, you guessed it, sound sampling
from a live on-site beehive. Co-presented by InterAccess and New
Adventures in Sound Art (NAISA)
