Based on similar projects in London and New York, I Feel Toronto is a city guide site organized not by neighbourhood or price range but by mood, with content generated by local residents. Currently in Beta version, anyone can upload suggestions for places to go when feeling naughty, hungover, sophisticated, or otherwise. Check the Facebook group.
