Extreme piñata

If your friends trashed your papier-maché apartment . . .

Toppled over furniture, beer bottles and lonely pizza boxes are some of the everyday objects that are part of this immersive interior. The design is in the details as Jessica Campbell and Bridget Moser have fabricated everything in this installation out of papier-maché piñatas. Walking through this space is like walking through a living room the morning after a house party, or an Ikea showroom gone horribly wrong. Will the tenants like their new makeover? I sure hope so. This installation is part of Art Pop at the Pop Montreal International Music Festival.

This Frandom is by Crush CD and fearless Pop Montreal correspondent Stefan Woronko.
