Star Wars-it-yourself

Bringing a galaxy far, far away a little closer to home.

Does it count as collaboration if hundreds of people you’ve never met are involved? We say yes. In Star Wars: Uncut, fans are invited to recreate 15-second scenes of the movie Star Wars: A New Hope. So far, over 500 scenes have been completed. Many are filmed, but there are also illustrated scenes, scenes with plastic action figures and a lot of other crazy cool stuff thrown in there. The results are hilarious and bizarre. There are still a few free spaces left. We hope to contribute before it fills up.

This week’s Frandoms are by Rethink art director Carson Ting and junior partner, ACD Katie Ainsworth.
