It's not on Park Place, but...

Canadian Art recently featured this Monopoly-inspired house. It’s the work of Toronto artist An Te Liu, who transformed the suburban house for the Leona Drive Project, a collaboration between the Public Access Collective and LOT: Experiments in Urban Research.
