London’s Heathrow Airport is helping to facilitate some memorable holiday moments for the one million passengers and their loved ones passing through during December. Airport authorities hung a massive sprig of mistletoe three metres above the ground in Terminal 5 in the hopes of triggering over 2 million Christmas kisses. The giant installation measures 10 by eight feet and weighs 43 kg (about 95 lbs) and includes more than 50 feet of steel tubing. And just to make sure that feelings of ‘holiday humina, humina’ are spread throughout the entire airport, other giant mistletoe installations are planned for Heathrow’s terminals 1, 3 and 4.
