Google goggles

Bet you can't say that five times fast.

Growing up, I expected that in 2010 we would all be wearing jet packs. Instead in 2010 Google has given us goggles. They allow us to see the digital information behind an object in real life (click here for a handy instructional video). Simply snap a photo of the object and Google will return search results relevant to the photo of the object. It’s no jet pack…but is still pretty cool! (Currently only available in the US on the Android platform.)
