Tubular accomodations

Screw the Four Seasons, I'm sleeping in this concrete tube.

Das Park Hotel in Austria consists of giant concrete sewage pipe segments turned into rooms, located in the middle of a park. The first ones popped up in Linz in 2004, and newer rooms in Ottensheim feature digital keypads and guests are given a code when registering on the self-service website. It reminds us of childhood, when everything could be turned into a fort – super fun until you realize you’re no longer a child and you just paid to sleep outside in a concrete tube. Thanks to Theras for this one.
