Art park

We all live in a Douglas Coupland-designed big red canoe.

Canoe Landing Park is a new 8-hectare park beside the Gardiner between Spadina and Bathurst in Toronto. The park was designed by landscape architecture firm Phillips Farevaag Smallenberg in collaboration with Douglas Coupland. If you’re in the area, be sure the check out the giant red canoe – you can stand in it and see over the Gardiner to Lake Ontario.

This week’s Frandoms are by Haley Fiege at Grip Limited.
