As EVP, CCO of R/GA, Nick Law has endeavoured to use technology to help his clients give control to the people, bringing brand functionality into the online world. Think NIKEiD. He knows that in order to do it right, it takes a lot of different-minded people, like visual designers, interactive designers and copywriters, working together, collaborating across disciplines. We sat down with Law during Shift Disturbers (where he was a speaker) to chat about distinguishing ways of thinking that combine storytelling and systematic design, creating behaviours and  bringing people together into a flat, flexible modular structure.
