It would cause children’s laughter to erupt all around as you and your friends would each try to outdo each other in coming up with a verse more witty and more disgusting than the previous. However, as this PSA for WaterAid by Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw in London shows, there are some children in the world who don’t find diarrhea so funny. That’s because without proper toilets they can contract deadly diarrheal diseases.
