This ad is part of a billboard, poster and radio campaign that Crime Stoppers in Newfoundland and Labrador is running to let people who are afraid of calling in tips know that their anonymity is guaranteed. Developed by St. John’s-based Target, it makes the point that people can speak for themselves rather than getting Polly to play decoy.
