In Vancouver – where a fifth of the population is ethnically Chinese – the question is not whether to eat Chinese food, but where. And that’s where the annual HSBC Chinese Restaurant Awards come in. From best food court dish to best Northern & Shanghainese dim sum (and literally everything in between), the night is a gala celebration of the city’s best cuisine outside of Beijing. Makes us wish we had more clients in BC!
