Some people jog, others do yoga, I like rocks. With all the thinking, meetings and deadlines we all face, it’s good to release your tension with something physical. A few years ago I hooked up with Dry Stone Walling Across Canada and learned the old-school way to build these timeless structures. I’ve been rocking it out ever since. It’s a real workout and you have something beautiful and tangible to look at once you’re done.
