A Toronto-made 8-bit game gets creepy.

Toronto artist and digital creative Benjamin Rivers created “Home,” an 8-bit choose-your-own-adventure style videogame, which follows a man searching for his wife who may be a serial killer’s target. It’s gotten great reviews from the Torontoist, who called the game “scary.” Depending on the choices people make, players are taken on creepy and unsettling turns throughout the story while the protagonist searches for “Home.” It’s only $2 for an online download and runs 90 minutes, but you’ve been warned – it may creep the pants off you.
