Andy Ellison has created an entire blog dedicated to the magnetic resonance imaging of different plants and foods (in layman’s terms, he’s created gifs out of MRI images of food). It’s not really clear from the blog why he’s doing this, but we urge you to check out his site. The cucumber is especially whiggy.
