A soon-to-launch DIY condiment biz.

Toronto-based Nossa Cucina, a soon-to-launch company by Mike Correia and Enzo Licata, started out with two neighbours from different backgrounds with a mutual love of food who got together to share recipes. Four years later, they are preparing to launch their own business for antipasto and condiments, which will be available in retailers soon. Their love for food has taken them as far as growing their own ingredients and building a DIY cantina in their fridge to make duck prosciutto. A new sausage smoker is in the works.
