Heart and Stroke creates a dual reality.
The top comment (at the time of writing) for “Make Health Last,” the latest campaign by the Heart and Stroke and Lowe Roche, was “I think I’ll get on my treadmill tomorrow.” This split-screen video shows the two ways you could spend the last ten years of your life: sick or healthy. It’s powerful stuff to see the mirror image (especially the heart-wrenching final scene.) We’re going to get on our treadmills now too.
