Are we still going on?

Kids clothes that keep going and going.

Finnish-based artist Kaarina Karikkone suspended thousands of second-hand children’s shirts to create this installation at the Collezione Maramotti, a private art collection in Italy, to resemble the structure of a ship. The shirts are organized by colour, and are apparently meant to represent a symbolic dialogue about gender. This is one pile of laundry that can stay on the clothes line.
