It’s a challenge that sounds befitting of many bachelors: take the limited ingredients at your disposal and create a meal. But an omelette probably won’t cut it in the Garland Canada Master Chef Face Off at Open Heath Park in Sydney, N.S. On Sept. 1, to wrap up the Right Some Good food festival, eight international chefs will open a black box and then have to devise a main course from the local ingredients found inside. And if that isn’t enough pressure, it will all go down in front of a live and presumably hungry, audience.
