An inflatable concert hall may sound far-fetched, but British sculptor Anish Kapoor and Japanese architect Arata Isozaki┬áhave shown they aren’t just full of hot air. They’ve created the hall, which can be popped up anywhere there’s enough space for the 30-metre-by-36-metre venue that can seat 500. The “Ark Nova,” a balloon-like structure, will tour areas of Japan┬áhit by a 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
