What’s in a name?

Giving identities to portraits.
Ginette

By experimenting with watercolour and ink, Montreal-based graphic design student and DentsuBos receptionist France Auger created a series of portraits. After the completion of each portrait, she would attribute a name to the face. If her subject looked like a “Conrad” he became “Conrad.” I love this portrait series; it’s so delicate and simple, yet behind the faces and names you can imagine a whole identity. I can’t help but attribute characteristics and a back-story to each portrait. Who is Conrad to you?
