Swedish morning commute

This is what 15,000 skiers travelling 90 km looks like.

One day I’ll be fit enough to do this, but for now I’ll just enjoy the spectacle. The above video shows 15,000 skiers trekking 90 km in the world’s oldest, biggest, longest ski marathon (known as the “Vasaloppet“). It’s enough to make you feel mildly unfit. The start itself is a visual feast as thousands of insect-like people clamber across the Swedish countryside.

This week’s Frandoms are by David Casey, visual effects supervisor at The Embassy.
