Canadian Tire makes a splash.

Canadian Tire’s ice truck, yeah, that was pretty cool, but the TV spot, while high on “How’d they do that?,” looks rather tame now that the retailer has released its latest in the “Tested for life in Canada” series. With the feel of a scene from Mission Impossible, this spot puts the brand’s Continental True Contact tire through some slippery conditions. All that’s missing is the big fireball blast at the end, which might make some bad guys rethink what tire they buy for their getaway vehicle.
