I fist came across Google creative director Aaron Koblin’s work at the MOMA while visiting New York. The California-based artist created a stunning visualization of communication and data that’s flowing in and out of the city. Since then, he has continued to find compelling ways of turning crowd-sourced data into art and visual storytelling. His beautiful and inspiring work for “The Johnny Cash Project” and “Arcade Fire’s The Wilderness Downtown” demonstrates his ability to humanize technology.

This week’s Frandoms are by Ari¬†Elkouby, creative director at¬†Zulu Alpha Kilo.
