Canadian Women's Foundation crowdsources storytellers.

Sex trafficking is a significant and not very well-publicized problem in Canada, according to the Task Force on Sex Trafficking at the Canadian Women’s Foundation. The trouble is that, for obvious reasons, many of the women and girls who fall victim to the crime are unable to share their story. So the Foundation and DDB Canada are telling those victims stories through others. By visiting the website Givemyvoice.com, people can choose one of four girls’ stories (though they’re composites based on experiences of sex trafficking survivors and the girls pictured are actors) and record themselves telling a story that may otherwise not be heard.
