Whilst travelling abroad, we often set out to see a place’s top sights. Isn’t it interesting, then, that it’s the human interactions – like happening upon a group of boys playing soccer and being invited to join, or having a brief moment where you understand what a local is saying – that create lasting memories during a trip? It’s this aspiration to make a connection that drives some of us to learn a second language, and this new spot from Rosetta Stone and Energy BBDO captures it perfectly. It may have a bit of a Utopian feel to it, but don’t you want to believe in a better world when you’re out there discovering it?
