Forget the vinyl crates, this diary podcast does the digging for you.
I could fill this space with the usual clichés about “crate digging” as it is, apparently, the flavour of the month. But I won’t. Instead, I’ll just say I’ve spent at least a quarter of my life sifting through mildew, 70s porn magazines and mummified mice in search of old soul, funk and jazz records. And no matter what I find, the realization I’m constantly left with is how much I don’t know. That’s what keeps me going. So when I can’t get out to drain my bank account, I often nerd out vicariously by listening to Cratery.com – a dig-diary podcast, co-founded by a fellow copywriter, Rana Chaterjee (Arcee), DJ Serious and Kaewonder. If you don’t know, now you know.
