Ah, the secret menu.

It’s the way to a hipster’s heart, and also happens to be the way delivery company Foodora has chosen to celebrate National Burger Month (yes, that’s a thing – and yes, there are still two weeks of it).

To celebrate the 31 days dedicated to the hamburger, Foodora and agency Eighty-Eight teamed up with Toronto restaurant The Burger’s Priest to create a special secret menu item, the Canadian Maple Bacon Cheeseburger.

The syrup-slathered burger was, of course, a nod to Canada 150 – something you needed to know if you wanted to order it from a pop-up pick-up window in the city’s downtown.

For those who didn’t get a chance to visit, there’s no reason to fear. The burger is still available through Foodora until the month’s end.
