The roadrunner would be nothing without this guy's sounds.

Within a note or two you’ll recognize his music but you’ve never heard his name. Raymond Scott was a pioneering composer of jazz and electronic music. Find an episode of Looney Tunes or Ren & Stimpy and you’ll hear his great work. His music is a must in my studio when I need to draw something extra-cartoony.

This week’s Frandoms are by Toronto-based illustrator Ryan Snook.
