In the search to find a plural form for the word ‘Prius,’ Toyota has enlisted James Lipton to interview influential figures like an octopus, a rapper, and in this spot, William Shakespeare, to get their take on it. Developed by Saatchi & Saatchi, the ads play well into the human oddity that is James Lipton, who we just can’t hate. As funny as he is in this campaign, however, Will Ferrell as James Litpon is still far funnier than James Lipton himself.
