Combat in 3D

Halo has evolved. Sort of.

The Halo franchise is going back to its beginnings with an added dimension. Working with Montreal-based SAY Media, Microsoft has launched a 3D effect online campaign, the first of its kind in Canada, to ring in a decade since it first launched the famed franchise with the first version of the Xbox. To mark the occasion, Microsoft released an updated version of the original game. The 3D online ad execution it developed with SAY engages users with a deeply interactive landscape that reacts to them as they move through it. It also features a live-streaming Facebook feed from the Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary fan page, a video preview of the latest instalment and a side-by-side video comparison of the new version to the original. We love Halo and we aren’t afraid to admit that we would play the redux despite knowing how the game and subsequent sequels go down.
