The Vancouver Aquarium puts on an unexpected holiday light show.

Festive light displays are commonplace during the holiday season and the Vancouver Aquarium is contributing to the light show, but with a unique spin: its lights are alive. Working with Taxi Vancouver, the aquarium has added a holiday vibe to a campaign promoting its latest exhibit, Luminescence: A Celebration of Aquatic Light. The above TV ad, for example, shows an illuminating rendition of the holiday classic “Carol of the Bells.” Christmastime must be cool under the sea. Well, except for the whole being wet part. And the sharks.
