It’s March Madness in the U.S. and as college basketball players compete against each other to determine who is the best, Toyota’s begun its own recruitment drive to suss out some new talent. It’s scouting for potential drivers for its vehicles and, in these ads developed by Saatchi & Saatchi, LA, has “Coach T.” out on the road pitching people about the benefits of joining team Toyota.
