Cow tunes
The BC Dairy Association makes bovine music.
Here’s an interesting fact: music helps increase lactation among cows. Apparently, a happy cow is a solid milk-producing cow. So in this new campaign by DDB, the BC Dairy Association is inviting consumers to sing a tune. Well, not sing, but compose one on the Music Makes More Milk site. The public can vote on the best songs to help choose a batch of semi-finalists, whose songs will then be played for a herd of cows. The cows will be the final judges, however, as the composer whose song produces the most milk (when played for the animals) will win a trip to the Grammys. Talk about a sweet tune. But be careful – those judges can be harsher than Simon Cowell on a bad day.
