Internship interviews, Heineken style.

Thought it was tough to land a job in Toronto? Apparently, more than 1,700 people apply for Heineken’s Italian internship. So how do you narrow down the field? Heineken and Publicis staged elaborate “tests” to measure a candidate’s responses, like hand holding, an ill interviewer or a fire alarm. One (lucky?) guy (named Guy) took the spot. We hope the hijinks were worth the experience. Also, if you say your biggest weakness is being “stubborn,” you may want to give your answer a rethink.
