A travelling chef sets off on a South American mission.

Brian Johnston says he’s learned to cook in more than 20 different countries. Now he intends to start a project in Colombia mentoring low-income food entrepreneurs. His Indiegogo campaign to fund the project fell short of his $68,000 goal, but he’s heading to the South American country anyway to try and make it work. We won’t bet against him. He says he’s lived abroad for eight years doing similar projects without a salary. When life gives you lemons, right?
