Windowless aircraft

Panoramic sky views and faster flights. Yes, please.

Move over 400-seat Airbuses. We’d dig deep in our pockets for the chance to ride this lightweight rocket that engineers at Boston’s Spike Aerospace say will (one day) be windowless and promises half the time in travel (only eight hours from L.A. to Tokyo, instead of 16? Yes please!). Though we were a little let down when we found out the panoramic view of the blue skies outside are actually projected on screens, it still beats the tiny oval porthole windows only a small portion of the passengers can view (sometimes not at all if seated near the wing). This has got to be the next best thing to commercially flying to the moon.
