Yarn Bombing

Wool is the new graffiti paint.

Yes, it’s April Fools today, but no kidding here, there really is such a thing as bombing a building, a structure, a person, a vehicle, or anything really, with yarn. It’s a cushy type of street art graffiti that was recently adopted by a former factory in Toronto for its re-opening as a sales office for a laneway housing project. The team over at Curated Properties¬†developed the site and held¬†an event late last week for people to visit and marvel over the 18 foot yarn bar installation created by Bissell Bombers and Fugitive Glue. Now, let’s see Rob Ford try and graffiti-wash this out.
