You're definitely in shape for the Scotiabank Aids Walk.

We bet you’re suffering from fatigue (either in your body or your cheque book) after another spring/summer of sponsored runs and that the very thought of having to train for another event drains you. Well, sorry pal, that excuse won’t cut it for the Scotiabank Aids Walk for Life, because, as the organizers and agency TBWA are making very clear in this video (starring comedian Scott Thompson), this is the “easiest charity walk of all time.” Drink whatever you want, follow your usual routine and you’ll definitely be in shape when it comes to walking for your community. Now if only it was this easy to prep for a half marathon.
