Getting in on Blue Jays fever

Canadian brands know an opportunity when they see one, and several have already taken their shot at being part of the excitement around the Toronto Blue Jays making the playoffs for the first time in 22 years. But few get to have their logo be the backdrop in a moment that got the team into the championship chase.

During a game in April, Tim Beckham of the Tampa Bay Rays was about to turn the tide in a game against the Blue Jays with a hit that was sailing into the stands, until Kevin Pillar leaped up the wall to catch the ball and rob Beckham of the home run. Luckily for the folks at accounting firm MNP, their logo adorns the left field wall at the Rogers Centre, making them a part of one the Blue Jays’ best moments this season. Ariad Communications has helped the company celebrate that fact with a new video, where a sneaky member of the stadium’s grounds crew takes some liberties with the logo for the perfect #ComeTogether selfie.
