A facelift eight years in the making

Meet the new Stimulant newsletter (don't we sparkle?) and see what else we have in store for you.

It’s been eight years since Stimulant‘s newsletter and content was put under the microscope.

Back then, when our blog first launched in 2008, the idea to provide creative folks an inspirational place to ingest sticky ideas was, quite honestly, neoteric. Fast-forward to today and you need a well-oiled newsfeed reader to sort through the mountain of creativity, design, technology and innovation blogs on offer.

So we decided to redesign and streamline our newsletter and content strategy to provide only the best stuff the creative and advertising worlds has to offer.

Stimulant will now only go out twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. And while we will no longer run Frandoms (“Friday Randoms” curated by guest contributors from the industry), we will occasionally feature creative folks with their personal list of things that are inspiring them today.

In these newsletters, the content we feature each day will be a mixed bag of the best Canadian and Global ads, Random Cool items and Passion Projects, which we will be posting on a more regular basis, as they happen. We will also have new evergreen content (such as profiles on up-and-comer creative figures in design/photography/animation/production etc), so keep an eye out for those.
