The beans are back

Coffee has never been so thrilling, romantic or comedic than in McDonald's latest film parodies for this year's TIFF.

Silence of the lattes. Cafeblanco. Bean Girls. Americano Beauty. The java-inspired names that parody classic films can only mean one thing: McDonald’s McCafé Cinema is back with satirical twists for this year’s Toronto International Film Fest (TIFF).

The brand is once again creating short clips of scenes taken from popular films to mark its involvement in the annual film festival. You can view below over a cup of coffee, which we’re hoping will one day come in popcorn flavour. Actually, on second thought, maybe don’t take that idea to heart. Clearly, we’ve “bean” watching too many of these, it’s time we get back to the daily grind. (Seriously, someone stop us.)
