Expedia's latest piece of branded content is fun for all ages.
Expedia has been rolling out some clever branded content lately (“9 natural ways to cure jet lag,” “Packing tips”) but this “A-Z of Breads” takes the cake, er, loaf.
While it may not be as practical as a travel tip, we’re betting that someday it will be useful to know that when in Finland, one should look for the flatkaka, or if you find yourself breakfasting in Eritrea, just ask for the hembesha.
Most importantly, the video inspires the traveller’s curiosity and taste for new things. You may want to book a flight to Zurich just to try the zopf. The schoolchildren reciting the names is a fun touch.
Anyway, go spend some time learning the bread alphabet. There will be a quiz later.
