LG’s long shot

The brand goes sky high with Raptor Cory Joseph.

A warning to our readers with a fear of heights. LG’s new stunt with Toronto Raptors guard Cory Joseph can make one a little jumpy, although it is pretty damn cool.

To promote its LG G5 smartphone, the brand took its “chief playmaker” to the top of a skyscraper downtown and got him to sink a shot from one building to the next (across 65 feet, 27 stories up to be precise).

The stunt was filmed to show the wide angle capabilities of the phone (it can capture a 135-degree view, which is wider than a human eye’s natural field of vision).

Wide angle or not, it’s definitely a long shot.
