Fido finally recognized something that’s been bothering Canadians, and likely people all over the world, for quite some time now: nobody likes talking to an automated voice menu. People prefer talking to real people. This ad, developed by Bos, promotes a new service from the telco called FidoANSWERS, which allows its customers to speak with a real live representative right away. We’re not sure that this should be restricted to a specially rolled-out service, but hey, it’s a start.
