Complaints bureau

Bruce Mau Design solves 1,000 problems.

Last year, the Toronto Complaints Choir collected over 1,000 grievances from Torontonians and turned them into song. This year, from July 20 to 31, Bruce Mau Design will develop solutions to those problems, working inside a pop-up studio in the Propeller Centre for Visual Arts. We can’t wait to see how The Bureau of Doing Something About It handles complaints like “I’ve never seen the white squirrel in Trinity Bellwoods [park].”
