Neutrogena’s on a mission to put a stop to “junk face.” For the uninitiated, that’s the face men are walking around with after they’ve washed their mug with the same soap or soapy rag they’ve used to wash a body part that sits further south (this is where, if you’re a man, you stop to think if you’re guilty of this). The brand, along with the Toronto offices of DDB Canada and Tribal Worldwide, launched a 60-second spot, as well as a chuckle-inducing site, Stopjunkface.com, to try and eliminate the epidemic, and sell some face wash at the same time. Think it’s a load of hogwash? Well, they’ve backed this mission up with a survey (see the infographics below), and we all know that stats don’t lie, right?
