Super sorry
O.B. tries to make amends.
O.B., with the help of Lowe Roche in Toronto, is extending an extremely heartfelt apology to Canadian customers following a distribution problem. To make amends, the brand is saying sorry by way of a personalized music video that was sent out to its customer database of 65,000. All viewers have to do is type in their name, and before long, they’ll see it tattooed on the singer’s body and hear it whispered aloud, with digital rose petals blown in their faces. Talk about romance!
